This is a Harry Potter RP. (Of course.) If you want to join, make sure you have a character in the Character Sign Up (called Original Character Info) and just post yourself in.
On a personal character note, Athanar has not made any friends but one because he is antisocial most of the time. (I'm controlling the friend as well. Also, both Athanar and Roy can communicate via cell phones during the summer because they both live in muggle communities.)

Athanar: All right! The Hogwarts Express! One more year, and I'll be officially graduated! *gets aboard the train and sits in an empty train car*
Roy: Hey, Ath! *sits across from Athanar* What's up? We haven't seen each other all summer!
Athanar: I know. Well, at least we had texting, right?
Roy: Yeah. Anyway, I've been practicing a few spells since I turned 17. And I've been practicing my apparation. How are you at that?
Athanar: You know me. I try until I master it. And with apparation being based on thought, it was really easy for me to master.
Roy: Yeah, you have an overactive imagination, that's right! You can picture it perfectly!
Athanar: Yep. Heh, I wonder if anyone else is going to get in this car with us?
Roy: I dunno. *puts his hat over his face* Wake me when the snack cart arrives. I couldn't sleep last night. *lays back and goes to sleep*

Athanar: Yeah, you can sit in here. Pick a seat, any seat.
Roy: *is asleep with his feet in the seat next to Athanar and sitting in the seat across from the one his feet are in*
Athanar: Um... well, just sit next to Roy. He's asleep, but don't worry about waking him up, he would sleep through a bomb detonating closeby.
(That's okay. It'll probably get longer as we go.)

Athanar: Hey, you're awake?
Roy: I smell Bertie Bott's beans.
Athanar: ... They're not here yet...
Roy: Well, they will be soon. *sits up and puts his hat back up on his head* So... Kandai, you said?
Athanar: Oh, yeah, we're both in year 7. And we're from America. Guess we're from different worlds, eh?
Snack cart pusher: *walks up* Want any snacks?
Athanar: Don't we every year? I'll take a chocolate frog and some Bertie Bott's Beans.
Roy: I'll take the same.
Athanar and Roy: *both recieve their treats and pay*

Snack Cart Lady: Sure dear, here you go.
Kandai: *Pays and starts chewing on the wand* This is delicious...in Japan we don't have licorice. (Actually they probably do, but whatever.) So...are the people at Hogwarts nice?? I'm very worried actually...I don't speak fluent English...and I'm scared that I'll fail my classes! |

Athanar: Can you perform magic? If you can learn a spell and perform it, you'll pass easily. Except maybe Potions. That's something else...
Roy: Potions is easy. *opens his Chocolate Frog, uses Stupefy on the chocolate frog by just flicking his wand at it, chocolate frog is stunned, eats the frog*
Athanar: Yeah, we can perform spells without speaking... it's something anyone can do with practice. We practiced a lot. *levitates some beans to himself, sorts out the bad* Roy, you want these?
Roy: What do you think?
Athanar: *turns to Kandai* He's picky, and so am I... want these?
(They're all earwax, booger, stuff like that. If you are familiar with Bertie Bott's Beans, you'll know not to take them... otherwise, good luck seeing through our lie. >:3)
